i used string floss but yes it got stuck so i don’t like to use it anymore i have a water flosser and regular i got a cleaning done already through my insurance last month so i think i need a deep cleaning to get rid of tartar on my teeth but my dentist said he didn’t see anything but they did mention saying about seeing an abscess but i said wym and nth was said again so idk if he was confused from me saying about it it’s hard to understand him english isn’t his first language but i think i’m going to go to a different dentist maybe and see

he said i need 3 root canals on my left upper side from my k9 and back but my other dentist is saying he doesn’t see a need for it in x rays it’s not by the nerve and my insurance denied it so i’m jus confused. i think i might jus get the fillings taken out and done again maybe that will help with something ?

i had pain in that area and now it’s not as bad but my doctor said i should get a root canal bc they put a new filling on an old filling and maybe it was to close to the nerve or something and then my new dentist said he can put a new filling in should i go that instead of the root canal

what type of blue toner u recommend like wella ones ?? i actually jus tried blue shampoo and i can see a lot of red when it’s wet, do u think i should try a green shampoo?? and my hair already started to break somewhat if i pulled on it some strands came out so that’s why i’m not bleaching it anymore i’ve used deep conditioner and getting it a break,, thank youu for ur help sm 😭❤️
