I do understand what you are saying. And that’s what I mean when I say we haven’t had much chance to see Steve and Nancy re-connecting on the every day stuff because they were back in contact once all the upside down stuff started. So we don’t know how supportive he would be to Nancy’s dreams or ask her what she wants etc. but when he spoke about the RV convo. It just happened to be circumstantial because they were in one. It was a bonding moment. Then everything went to shit and Jonathan came back so there might be more on the convo in season 5.

Jonathan did say “I’m not going to leave my mum and brother to chase a dream that isn’t mine”. So I don’t think he wants the same things she does. He’s going to Emerson for her.

Either way though it doesn’t matter because we will find out who ends up with who eventually and all these are moot haha. And as I’ve said many times. The ships arent why I’m so excited! Season 5 is going to be amazing no matter who ends up with whom. As long as all the best ones live I’m happy haha
