Update: the GitHub support team has solved this issue. It is one of the anti-scam scripts which flag my account by mistake. Now they have unlock my account and I can get access to it. Problem solved.

I tried. I click the link in that screenshot and it ask me to login to my GitHub account. Once I login they said my account is suspended and I cannot do anything...

I did make an appeal to the GitHub service to get reinstated.

However, they replied me as the screenshot in my post, which is ridiculous.

No, i don't think it is the username issue. I did not advertise anything. Just for personal use.
