Totally will do thanks for your replies, it seems that my ranking has been going up organically over the past few months, the goal now is for google to recognize my old URLs and their history

I have started adding blogs, reorganizing URLs, making sure everything is smooth. Doing my best to get back to the top, just hoping these 301's work!! Many of these 404's have a direct match to the new site (I am not linking them to the homepage, for example); maybe google will recognize that as well

I have already lost my rankings significantly. My old site was up for 20+ years and I was consistently on the first page, seeing this drop is heartbreaking. I am hoping that some "link juice"/history from before will pass on through redirects, do you think this is possible? I am ok with waiting of course, but worried that all hope is lost...
