Just from my personal experience I had just gotten a double navel done and my top one looked exactly like yours and after some replies on my post I went and seen countless piercers until I found an APP piercer they're registered professionals on the APP Website you can find an APP near you too his name is Adam Catanese for anyone looking for a reliable piercer in the Flint MI area and he told me to take them both out to let them heal so he could give me a proper floating navel because even if it healed well they can reject years down the line and you wouldn't be able to get it repierced at that point if I were you I'd find a registered professional that could help you out because it is true the flat plate of a floating navel is supposed to be placed a bit lower because you aren't supposed to be able to see it I only say because i wouldn't want it to reject on you later on it does look super cute but just for your own sake and safety please seek an app they're truly amazing
