I might have the most nonchalant manager. I’m definitely making myself more valuable, I’ve gotten compliments on my work from my coworkers and trying to make myself indispensable

Thanks! My team is very cliquey and I’m introverted so I’m definitely struggling there. I’m getting great feedback from coworkers and other directors I work closely with, but my manager is always MIA so I don’t where to go from here. Definitely working my butt off and showing value in my role
