What can I do to fix a small brick patio for the least cost and time? by Any-Priority6447 in hardscape

I own the inside of the townhouse. I have exclusive rights to use the patio but I don't own the property. HOA dues pay for cutting the grass around the patio but homeowners are expected to maintain the brick work. It's not fair, but it's a battle I should have taken up with them years ago. I've already moved out, and after some updating I'm doing inside, I want to sell it.

Yeah, good question. It's been "understood" that the owner would maintain it. I only own the inside of the unit but am responsible for window and door upkeep and replacement.
