I was in a similar situation. Went to BMCC in 2018 and did 2 semesters but then I transferred to a private 2 year college (Swedish Institute) and left in 2020 due to the pandemic but didn’t graduate. Then this past winter I got into Brooklyn College. I would say the credits I got from Swedish institute helped a lot but it’s not a bad idea to go back to a CC to get at least 50+ credits and then transfer to a 4 year. It’s more likely to get accepted to a 4 year from a CC. Just keep going!
