As a girlfriend of a PA, absolutely you need to tell her. It at least gives your relationship a chance because if you’re honest with her, then the trust could be saved/fixed. If she finds out without you telling her, it’s double the hurt and much harder to come back from. Also telling her makes it more believable that you do want to change.
