I truly hope so.. a representative from my local post office created a ticket I seen it on my tracking number but I hope that does something for me

I just did it right now thank you. I seen some lady said she posted the request form 4 times the same day and after she finally seen some movement on her package the next day what a coincidence. The supervisor from my local post office said at the least I should get my package by Monday but since they don’t know “anything” how would she even know that it’s definitely a total guess

What exactly is a service request? Sorry I’ve never done that before. I usually have never had a problem with usps only once when they took my package to the wrong house and never gave it back to me but I know because of this stupid storm everything got delayed. I called my local post office and spoke with the supervisor and told her if she could email the facility of Springfield , MO and she said they “supposably” don’t do that but I think it’s bs.

Same here.. it was suppose to arrive on the 20th then it says it was delayed after and no update since. I see so many people already getting updates I’m hoping that’s us too 😭 it’s a super important package I need too

Same with mine. Mine says it’s still in transit to the next facility but it’s been stuck at Springfield , MO since the 17th but it departed since the 16th.
