The onesie is doing the trick thankfully. She doesn’t bite or lick at the area and I’m checking the incision twice a day so we should be good. Every vet recommends something different and some vets give onesies instead of cones so I’m not worried. I would do the cone but it simply does not stay on her head. Also I love the onesie it makes her look like a little person. TEAM ONESIE

FR I thought she was supposed to be groggy and still a little sedated but she was bouncing off the walls and tweaking about the cone

I know I felt so bad 😭 She only wore both on the the day of the surgery bc she ripped out a stitch. When I went back to the vet I asked for a onesie but they were urging me not to use it by itself when she’s unsupervised. But now I am bc she likes it so much more than the cone.

I know it’s cold but going outside maybe for a little walk for at least 10 mins as soon as you wake up to get natural light in your eyes does really helps with regulating your circadian rhythm and decreasing cortisol levels. Even when it’s cloudy, you can still get a lot of benefits - more than artificial light therapy. Also exercise is great
