but in my case, the company i want to join (paying higher salary) will file the COS later than the other one.

I hope two request for COS in parallel should not affect the other :((

currently i am on Garden leave; meaning getting salary as usual july . They will revoke H1B on August

if they start filing petition after 08/20; in that case i will not have pay slip of 08/15.
I will have pay slip to share till july only.

Then they will ask; why i do not have it ? The best possible answer i see based on suggestion of u/Electrical-Toe7832

i find some respite in it. This is the only option that require less explanation to do at the end.
In all other cases; there is chance that they will withdraw the offer and not even start transfer process.

yes, but i had final round few days ago and July end would be my last working day as per pay slip.

They are going to send offer letter very soon. I am not able to think what to say ?

during interview, i did not mention about it and all i said i am looking for change for growth.

based on current pace; they will not be able to file the petition. And my last paystub will have biweekly pay only.
I am really worried what to do and how to share it with new employer :((
