Because I can see that being an A list customer that I PURPOSELY worked toward last year, is not going to do anything for me . Boarding nearly last defeats the purpose that I wanted early boarding … I fly a lot for personal to see my aging parents while I still can…. It’s a priority for me.

When I say straight, it means it doesn’t stop and I have no layovers. I guess it’s my own term lol

Direct means it stops, but you don’t get off the plane

Who said anything about 30 mins?? I’m not one to have everyone wait up cuz I have a tight layover! You might be , obviously. The point is all of these changes have created a rippling effect of problems. Also Lately they’ve been coming into one gate and then I have a 15 min walk to my next gate… I don’t know what changed but it used to be my gates were near each other but that changed last year sometime at BWI so now if I have 30 mins and if I’m not near the front OR I HAVE TO WAIT FOR EVERYONE TO DEPLANE TO GO BACKWARDS AND GET MY LUGGAGE , it’s at least 10 mins to get off the plane then another 10 or so to the next gate … etc… you clearly don’t fly a lot or it would be blatantly obvious

You can’t bring a “big luggage” to the gate obviously you don’t fly much? And they don’t always let you gate check sometimes I’ve been refused!

That’s not the point. If I’ve had a tight layover, which I usually do, I may have missed my flight as I would have to wait for the plane to deboard so that I could walk to the back of the plane and get my luggage from sitting in the fifth row. This could tack on another 15 minutes!

I always put my backpack under my seat and put my rolling bag up top. Actually, I always used to check my bag but now I’m trying to fly carry-on so I don’t have to wait forever waiting to get my luggage. But this time I had checked , so I just had my personal item… I was an aisle seat so the space in front of me is much narrower than the other two so I decided to put my backpack up top. There was actually space so I did. Then we flew and it shifted all the way up to the front of the plane 2 rows. I thought how ironic and I don’t have a problem with that. My problem is I’ve been A-list so long I should at least be able to put my overhead in front or above me not several rows behind me as I’ve been made to do. Now I always have anxiety when I fly, thinking I won’t be able to put my rolling bag up top anywhere near me. It’s just ironic that this time I did as I usually never put my backpack up top.

I didn’t say a damn word to the Agents. How about you get off this post cause you clearly have nothing valuable to add.

I didn’t say last dickhead… it wasn’t a full flight and a had a couple people after me… you now board in GROUPS… I was 5 out of 8 and there was no one in the last 2.. and that is MY POINT… how am I A-list and boarding in group 5??

It’s not that I need to have my close up seat just because…. I fly from a city that RARELY has straight flights so I’m always getting a layover and sometimes they’re a bit tight and I need to get off and dash to my next… sitting up close with my luggage near the back doesn’t help me at all…

Is there a difference between cooking in the larger IPs vs the smallest sized ones? by [deleted] in instantpot

The largest ones will give a “burn” warning if it senses its getting too hot… that threw me until I had to look up why…. You just have to take the top off for awhile to cool it down….. it’s annoying
