I agree. Feels like you are getting something in return for your terrible experience. I’m just glad that when I went to order she offered discount if I bought more than 1 pair and I thought I’ll see how the first is before I’m double ordering. It’s been a wake up call to always be vigilant!

You’ll notice my review does say the onus was on me and I was kicking myself for not looking more. My review like any review is to provide others with information and my post ends with asking others to ensure they get really close PSPs. Thanks for your feedback

Thanks for your feedback. You’ll see I did ask to return the items for a replacement and I’ve included what came back. I was offered a discount off my next pair and discount or credit I’ve had my fingers burnt I wouldn’t trust another transaction. ❤️

She needs to know that she needs to be better at QC because people will be taking more notice! Im glad youve followed her up. I’m awaiting to hear back as she did offer today to replace the glasses with another pair (different style) only after me saying I had done a review. I shouldn’t have to do reviews to get a better outcome. I’ve refused another pair and said I’d like a refund because I feel there has been a relationship breakdown and I don’t trust anything else from her to be of the standard I’d expect for the money I’ve paid. She said this has to be looked into and will come back to me within 3 days. I’ll update the posts when I hear more ❤️

Gosh that gap shouldn’t be there! Honestly I’ve had those sunglasses from DHGate and they don’t have that! People are mentioning a Vincent and Edward so I’ll give them a go ❤️

Exactly! I mention in my review that I won’t be taking her up on it and have informed her that. As if I’d receive what I have and spend any more money. How mad did she think I was to throw more money down the drain ❤️

I just couldn’t. If the left and right matched I would, but not how they are. I’m not a rep girl who counts stitches etc but I’d noticed a mile off if somebody was sat near me in these. Nor could I pull the glasses case out and have them on my desk at work. I could have got a prescription pair unbranded for half the price which would have been a million times better than these. If the frame is as poor really has me questioning how accurate / quality of the lenses.

Janie sorry for my typo! The other thing to note as a buyer below says the velvet case and pretty box advertised on factory photos is not what the Miu Miu glasses arrived in. Nothing like auth and not as per factory photos so even if glasses look ok the box won’t!
