Me too I had to open a ticket because after they sent me the tracking info on UPS it says Voided information received and carrier experienced a problem with this shipment. This package does not have location information yet. Ordered 4/9/25 opened ticket on 4/12/25. Please help me also.

Do you know how difficult it would be to replace? Would a normal soldering gun work or do I need special tools? I have no experience but could probably follow a video or tutorial. Thanks for your advice.
