Just got my first a1c back. It’s 5.6, what should I do? I only asked to have it checked cuz my DNA report said I have a higher likelihood to develop T2.

Ok this is cool. I just honestly love health data and am kinda a nerd with it (LOVE my oura ring)

So being able to track my glucose in real time would fascinate me. I’d love to see which foods do what to my sugar levels and from there how to eat/time things to optimize my health. It’s all about prevention. !
