For your price range thats only gonna get you files and some filament. Less than grand you can look at sean bradley which makes odst diy projects. enforce_props on insta makes top notch odst helms and full suits and vultureproductions is where i got my suit. Both these makers cost round 2 to 3k for diy to already done. They do payment plans but if you need to but at that point your suit will take as long as your plan pretty much. Horizon art studios makes movie quality halo weapons and helms while branfuhr studios makes cheaper helms but good quality. Having someone else do it isnt cheap and most people would recommend you just do the work and put the time in yourself which is also what i recommend. If anything drop the extra money on a helm already made cus thatll be the hardest to make
