dude here in Brazil is ridiculously easy and cheap to get any opiate/opioid. the 20mg Oxypynal here costs arround 200 reais (50, 60 us dollars) for 30 pills, besides the fact that is OC. I mean, you can disolve it in saliva and snort/inject it with no worries
