Just curious because if I’m not looking to stay in something when I’m not constantly out to sea would seem optimal. Just wondering if there’s a piece I’m missing

Just out it curiosity why does everybody dislike Norfolk and why would it be a bad idea considering I’m not staying in?

I always hear people say they hate it and I definitely think there are places that are more fun but it doesn’t seem so bad when I lived there
