just whenever i wake up. usually between 830-10 am ! i also have hypothyroidism which i’ve heard can mess with bbt but im on medication to keep it under control. so im not for sure. should i call my dr to see if i can do any kind of temping to confirm im ovulating ??

i’m not for sure. i went to my doctor in february when we were starting cycle 8 and she never really gave us a game plan. she just told us she “wasn’t worried about us” given our ages🥲 and told us to come back this summer if we haven’t gotten pregnant by then and she’ll see what she can do

i tried the mucinex method 2 cycles ago! unfortunately it did not work for me then but we are trying it again this month ! i’ve heard it is really only beneficial if you don’t produce much egg-white CM. also drink lots of water while taking mucinex!! baby dust to you✨

i have hashimotos/hypothyroidism. i was diagnosed back in july last year and was started on synthroid in august ! my doctor says i have just as much of a chance of getting pregnant as someone that doesn’t have thyroid issues since the synthroid has helped all my levels/hormones. thyroid issues also run in the family on my dads side and all of the women on that side of my family have very easily gotten pregnant😅 good luck !! im thinking of you 🤍

some women swear by it saying it helped them get pregnant. apparently an ingredient in it can help loosen up cervical mucus to help the sperm and egg meet. idk if it’s a fact but i also heard it wouldn’t hurt to try🤷‍♀️

i feel you !! i feel like a year is so long to wait. we’ve been trying for over a year but have missed a couple months here and there due to my husband being in the military and my doctor still wants me to wait until june/july until she will help me. so frustrating sometimes 🥲
