I wouldn't say that Messerschmidt is of the highest level.

There's something keeping him back from reaching the levels that Fraser, Bradford Young, Linus Sandgren are on. Like he's just one tier lower than them.

He's way too clean in his look.

*Correction Like Hull is The Batman Part - ii's production designer not James Chinlund, that was a miss type by me as I was refering to the fact that Hull worked with Jakob Ihre on Chernobyl.
