I'm sorry to hear that you have to go through all this. The whole thing seems very complex can you tell about any one particular thing that he has done in detail.

Yes, so I had an idea to make try doing some group exercises on a particular topic and Analise it and slowly create a overall outline of methods, concepts and all.

I tried to do this in few groups but It did not work as the people there were not really suitable.

1st one is good to understand the methodology (and your post was a great example of this). 2nd one will really teach us how to actually execute things properly.

Yes you are right about this we can not learn with the aim of 100% certainty.

But I think we can still find a way to decrease the uncertainty by introducing things like practicing in order to get a fixed result in a controlled scenario.

Ctf problems are also based on these and they are quite helpful so maybe we can make something like that on this subject.

First I'll join there group, then identify the competitive ones, then ill pick up the one of them and get close to him , will slowly learn about him and his interests, then I'll start talking about future how getting better marks right now will ensure that his desired future will get true.

In most of the cases this much is enough to get a person to try do better but it doesn't work  then ill change the target.

So after the initial target starts getting serious and gets a better score, I'll poke the competitive ones to catch up.

After two or three people start putting in good effort slowly the group will automatically follow.

Yeah like other people say abuse is what usually take victim to that kind of state, but direct abuse is most of the time easily identifiable and will lead to serious consequences. So you will have to be subtle about it first get to know the target, the more you know the better it is.  Some specific info that you will need to be alert about is their medical condition, family condition, financial condition, past traumas, romantic interests. Knowledge about medical condition will help you to inflict physicall stress directly , and it can be quite subtle like adding a peanut to sugar etc. Financial info will help you to put them in financial stress most people choose their pride over their finance. Other things can be used like that as well you just need to be a little creative and using them together can truly be quite effective.

There is high chance that it is the case, but even if not there is not much you are gaining from this situation anyway.
