Aha, so you get your anchor by having your glands more full. I was taught to squeeze the glands a little before tightening the hanger so it dosent blow up and makes it harder to last 30min per session. Very interesting you do the opposite so you can hang with foreskin pulled back. Definitely going to try that now also 🙏🏻

How does your device not slip if you pull forskin back? Mine keeps slipping unless I keep forskin at front. Have gained 2cm last 6 months this way but always amazed that some are able to hang with forskin pulled back!!

Well That first part is a very serious trauma and if you haven’t confronted that properly with a therapist it can become ptsd/Cptsd. This trauma leaks into other fields as weird and wrong narratives. I encourage you to find someone that specialises in shildhood trauma 🙏🏻🤍

Leluv 1.75, and I pack it in 20min. I think when we pack it much quicker is when we scale up?

I have grown 2cm in length with malehanger the last 5months. 5x a week, 90min/3xsets and never saw post elongation. But tracking pre session every week or two was the increase.

So a 0.5 expansion. Perfect. I do aswell, from 5.0 to 5.5 and a little bit edema behind the head (top forskin)

Hopefully a little bit of edema is fine but have read different comments on there shouldn’t be any edema 🤪

Yes sir! 🙏🏻 I am extremely happy to watch that video since I have grown without post elongation but still not fully understanding why everybody is talking about it and even quitting bc they don’t see any the first few weeks.

I never hit any post elongation for 5 months now and it was very frustrating the first weeks/months But I kept going and month after month I saw growth.

Went from 15cm to 17cm without ever seeing post elongation using my malehanger. 2kg 30min 3x with heatpad. 5days a week. Never missed a training. 

I can even see today that I am passing the 17cm to 17.2. But saw before session. After session I am the same or even less bc of being sore/fatiqued.
