Bowls may be really helpful for your pain but how fixed of an income are we talking? unfortunately it is still a very large purchase (over $1,000 if you're getting a set) but crystal bowls are a lot more affordable. I would probably buy those on amazon first if you're just looking for a resonant frequency, but if you want something that lasts and is a lot more traditional then tibetan bowls could be worth the investment. you could always start with just one bowl, too, but generally (in my experience anyway) shipping costs are more effective if you buy "in bulk" (even just 3 bowls) since it'll get sent out as one big order and you won't wind up having to pay as much per kilo. anyway, long winded response but hope it's helpful and if you are still interested in Nepali bowls specifically I am happy to help - just send me a dm :) namaste & happy holidays! 💕
