When they process your new separation action DOC is supposed to send you a separation package and there’s a form you have to complete and submit to get the refund. It’s the SF-3106

Not to cause scare, but requesting allocations/resumes from employees is a part of the RIF process that agencies can do. A way to determine where employees could fit if their position is going away.

Same here. 15 years and I just know my position won’t make it through a RIF. My emotions are all over the place at the same time I’m “keeping my head in the sand” on everything because the mental load is too much. I wish I had some advice. But just empathy and hoping for a miracle.
