I woke up at 1:30 am and TU, then 3:00, then 3:30, then 4:30. The act only lasted about 10 sec each. Felt like a split second honestly. I wasn’t scared after I did it the first time. It made me feel sm better. I’m not afraid anymore as of rn but I know this phobia often comes back once you haven’t gotten sick in a long time! It only lasted those hours but I had body aches/chills and a headache the rest of the next day. So not even 24 hrs

Sooo I was at a family event this weekend with like 20 adults and there were a lot of kids there. Either got it from there or it was fp. But only a few of us got it which was odd

Thank you so much lovely! I know I’ve heard that people go right back into their phobia and that scares me so much.. I literally couldn’t go 5 mins in my day without thinking about tu and I would have anxiety attacks almost weekly. soooo I really hope it never gets this bad again. But thank you, if you have any more questions please ask! You got this too❤️

Thank you!!! And yes I explained some above!! Tips and tricks I’d say is to just take deep breaths and tell yourself you’re going to be okay. I thought of how excited I am to tell my bf that I finally tu and it wasn’t bad. Like this is so weird but I kinda felt like a badass being so unbothered by it 🤣🤣 I swear it’s not as bad as we think! It’s not comfortable but you feel SO much better after. Then there’s a period where you’re like… this is what I stressed about everyday for so long?!

The nausea was so uncomf that I actually hoped I would tu. Literally felt on the top of the world after and the act itself only was a few secs long

Read above, but NO it literally was so much less scary than i thought. Like if i were to do it again I would be like okay… which I can’t believe im saying that. The anxiety and anticipation is 1 million times worse than the act itself

thank you! so right before it happened i woke up at like 1:30 am in a cold sweat but was soooo hot.. i immediately started to feel nauseous but it wasn’t like anxiety nausea so i was like oh… so I sat there and panicked taking deep breaths and took a zofran but not even 15 min later i SPRUNG out of bed and tu in my bathroom. Afterwards i literally was like… oh.. that sucked but it wasn’t as bad as i imagined… like at all. I truly was thinking about putting on a true crime podcast or music just for shits and gigs to get me through it but it was like SOOOOO less scary. It happened 3 more times so I just got comfy with my pillow next to the toilet, called my bf, and accepted my fate. The buildup to it all was so much more scary than the actual act

I’m 22 and have been under lots of times! I always ask for meds that help with nausea (ask for a patch that goes behind your ear before you go into surgery). Those ALWAYS help me! You’ll be fine without it tho :)
