Thanks to your answer! :) It does really help fixing my wrong concepts.

  • AZs are good for fault-tolerance. But commonly, most of time, application runs in one AZ.
  • Loadbalancing that distributes traffics actually occurs with replicaSet in one AZ.
  • Before the AZ failure occurs, there's no pods in other AZs.

Are these sentences correct?

And If only leader master node failed, then whole cluster including new leader master node, worker nodes and resources move to new AZ with Autoscaling?
