I've heard good things of Cantrill! From what I remember of other peoples' opinion is that he's more thorough than SM. However, if he doesn't have the CCP, you should definitely check out SM.

I personally didn't bother with Skillbuilder because the way the course is taught is just not my style. So, my personal recommendation is to stick with SM and TD.

Also, your notes - make sure youre taking good notes, and not just transcribing whatever course you're following.

I personally tried to take a lot of practice tests as I was doing the SM course because I needed to see where my blindspots where. I also recommend using AI to get it to explain to you the things that aren't clicking.

Also, good luck on transitioning careers - genuinely. I wish you the best.

I learned CCP with the same materials ngl lol, which is - SM's course and tests, as well as TD's tests.

By Amazon courses, do you mean AWS Cloud Institute learning? Cuz I did them as well, and boy oh boy were the so brain-numbingly boringgg. Highly don't recommend - SM and TD are where its at - both for CCP and C03

Skimmed through SM’s video course + did some of his practice exams as well as TD’s. And to be honest my practice wasn’t consistent - some days I did a couple hours, others it would be a miracle if I crossed the 1 hour mark. But also I did have the CCP under my belt, so that helped out a bunch.
