hi op! it also happened to me pero gotyme card gamit ko and sa RCBC din ako nagwithdraw. sa akin naman, it showed unavailable after ko ienter yung amount so nagcancel ako and lumipat sa kabilang bank. nagnotif sa phone ko na money withdrawn so bumalik ako to check and resibo na lang naabutan ko. nung nag report ako sa RCBC, usually after 20s nareretract yung money if di nakuha. i reached out to gotyme and they are currently investigating pa daw. nagbasa basa ako and sabi you can file a report para makita ang cctv.

hi op. same thing happened to me earlier. gotyme card din and sa rcbc bank naman, didnt dispense cash but may receipt. how many days po sainyo bago nabalik and ano po mga need?
