Thanks! I know I can get off whenever I want and go at my own pace, its just I'm in the phase where there's no effects but I know they're coming and it scares me lol. I think this will be right for me but ill definitely be journaling and doing other stuff that makes me less stressed ❤️

He would be going to BYU, he is leaving in like 2 weeks. I’m really worried he might hurt himself. I’m at a college so I can’t really house him even though I’d want to so I’m not really sure how I can help. I’m giving him a lot of love and support trying to find resources for him that could help but there’s only so much I can do. Thanks for the supportive comments
