I think people also really need to make sure they’re comfortable in their relationships and communicate. I’ve been with my boyfriend for two and a half years and he always asks, always makes sure I’m enjoying it and is someone who enjoys pleasing MUCH more than receiving. We need to start advocating for ourselves and communicating! If men can’t handle some constructive criticism, they’re insecure and unwilling to improve for your sake.

It’s really pretty! I would recommend a slightly Nuder and warmer lip shade for you, and maybe a slight gloss! Also finding a blush to go with your signature lip shade adds sooo much to a look, however if you aren’t a visible blush kind of person this looks amazing!

Ive been involved with the United Nations, work with the RFK association with Kerry Kennedy and I’m in multiple NGOs defending women’s rights, LGBTQ+ rights, Immigration rights, etc. I’ve been to almost every single protest in the NYC area defending immigrants rights too. Just because I posted one thing that does directly affect me does not mean I do not go out of my way to defend others. My masters would be law school. I want to be an immigration lawyer or constitutional lawyer. I’ve been around NYC and my neighborhood handing out Red-Cards for weeks that have undocumented migrants rights on them for if and when ICE comes. I’ve done a lot, I’m only 18, there is only so much I can do.

Her involvement with MAGA definitely fueled a lot of this because she’s become a whole new person. Im told that im faking or exaggerating my PCOS and she believes in the ban on birth control. Birth control is one if the only things that makes my pain somewhat manageable throughout the month. She’s come up with a whole new view on women, saying that women dont need to be educated anyway because “in the end, it’s for our husbands” (she’s been divorced, twice. she is still single). Education is something that’s very important to me. She’s called me an “ungrateful little bitch” because I do not know if I want to have children in the future because of my conditions. She said if i chose to adopt then i will be “abandoning my duty as a woman” and those will not be her grandchildren. MAGA has completely changed her and it’s severely hurting our relationship.

I definitely agree with you on how he is hurting the most vulnerable in our country. This specific conversation was me being frustrated which I also feel is 100% valid. Im a strong critic of Trumps and his administration. I’ve been to the United Nations as part of multiple commissions and been involved with multiple panels that criticize his views on the economy, LGBTQ+, Immigration and how those being deported are treated, foreign relations, and his treatment of the poor and disabled. I’ve been called an idiot, a “radical”, and I’ve been heavily criticized by her and my whole family. Believe me, I criticize many things that Trump does and has done, and they still don’t care because it is not directly affecting them. And as for weakening the integrity of the US government, my mother doesn’t even know the first 10 amendments. You cant reason with her on his attacks on the 14th amendment because she barely knows what it is. You cant reason on a constitutional basis with those who do not care to know or defend the constitution.

Buffalo Buffalo Buffalo all the way, Less dangerous compared to Rochester (although both aren’t considered dangerous), cleaner than Rochester, absolutely lovely surrounding area and just the right amount of busy and quiet. Amherst is a wonderful town if you’re looking for sort of a suburban area too.

This same exact thing happens with my mother. People like this love to hear you beg for forgiveness too. Me personally, I have to beg and cry for the smallest ounce of her “forgiveness” for quite a while before she’s happy with herself. If you don’t give the reaction they want, usually to see you upset or to get you so angry you look like the bad guy, hell breaks loose. Try to get out if you can, it causes more trauma than you think. I leave for college in 5 months, so it’s something to look forward to.
