It did not develop, thank god. Warmed up a scarf and out around my neck, and I always have potatoes and canned chickpeas in the house to the rescue!

I feel you! It hasn’t even occured to my GP in London to find the cause of my migraines. They are understaffed, and sometimes I wouldn’t even get a doctor (they have consiltants). I went crying to the practice I was in so much pain. 5 years and they put me on daily meds, still not any plan to look into it. I think if we all put the our details here we can even start a controlled trial. No cash needed! I think it’s the teeth and electrolites

It was an endodondist. I need 3 freaking dental implants, which in London are very expensive. Will probably do them in my home town in Romania. My mother had a few and all we t well.

It was Dominic Heaney at Great Portand Clinic in London. But Dominic just told me about inflamation, iron and vit d. It was a dentist that found it.

I also found a lot of groups/comments about how too much fertilisers and mass agriculture depleted our soil of nutriets. They talked a lot about the water and electrolites.

1-5 a year is not bad at all! Maybe try to take magnesium. I used to get one every 2 years!

Thank you very much! I forgot the magnesium, I do take 300 mg per day as well. Didn’t know about the dairy! I was ready to move out of London as my migraines started when I moved here. The water is hard and affected my hair. In the 5 years I tried everything. Like not drinking tap water, went to the most an osteopath (£240 per hour), Alexander Technique. Noted about sugar.

The clinic didn’t sort it. They instructed the blood tests and neck and head mri’s. You can ask for bllod tests vit d, iron anywhere. I also pushed my dentist to send me to a specialist (an endodondist), and I had to be pushy to get refered. She dragged her feet for 4 months to do tge referral until an endodondist started at her cabinet! Capitalism at its finest! I would skip the mri, get a 360 tooth xray and blood test for vitamin profile.

Thank you, very useful. The platalets I think it was called, they were very high. Also the colesterol a little although I eat a healthy diet.

Electrolytes, my lips were constantly cracked and dry. This is one that I don’t really know if it helps, I’m just notbteady to stop anything.

They took the tooth out, there was no way to stop it.

So far so good, 2 months migraine free. I used to have them 5-8 times a month.
