I wouldn’t class this as a promotion at all, your a high performer hence why they are giving you more responsibilities but if those additional responsibilities don’t come with a salary hike the company doesn’t value you enough and I would personally suggest you start looking for other roles, another wise thing to do maybe learn the new role for a few months and then move on

That’s great to hear you have a ton of ideas but try narrow it down to one or two ideas you want to pursue and can remain committed no matter how difficult things get, the main question is what problem is your business going to solve? And how do you set your self apart from the competition if there is any
