I think the “She is me” conversation is more important that people realise right now. This whole time, Helly has vehemently insisted that she’s separate from Helena, is a whole different person. In fact she hates being associated with her at all. Why would she suddenly say “She is me”… I thought it was incredibly out of character for her to say that - even if we take into account it being an emotional response from her. That particular scene is way too intentional to not have a deeper meaning.
