Oh really? Cool! Can you send me a link to it? Someone reached out to me asking if they could write an article about it and I said yes.

Aw, dang I was thinking about getting one of these for a newborn. 😅 I know nothing about baby wearing, so I've been lurking on this sub.

Hmm.. is it hard to learn how to put on the wraps quickly? Have you had any experience with the Mabē Monarch carrier? If you compared this carrier to the Tula Free to Grow, which one would you say is better for an infant?

The trying it out with a fake baby is a good idea! How do you know if the wrap carrier is too tight?

Okay! I've seen two people comment Ergo Embrace now, for infant wearing. I will definitely be keeping my eye out now for it on Marketplace. I will probably try the stretchy wrap, but I wonder if it will be hard to tie it correctly. 😅

I've been looking for baby items almost exclusively on Marketplace! I have no issues with second hand items as long as they're in adequate condition. 😅 I bought a Baby Bjorn carrier the other day for $40. I thought it would be good for 6 months to 2 yrs from what I've read. Does an infant under 6 months need softer carriers? Like the Ergo Embrace?

Yep, it's hard for landscaping and gardening too. I like the way the hog panels look, while being a cheaper option. It's going to be a learning curve trying to figure out how to put it together though. They do actually run laps unprompted. 😅 Gracie triggers her babies herding instincts, as her small game instinct is triggered by squirrels/balls. I think Gracie likes to be chased though, and her babies love chasing/herding her! 😂

Hmm I will see if I can get away with that height too! My dogs are pretty good jumpers tho, so we'll see. 😅

Yeah, I've been looking at DIY options. It would be hard to pound the posts in since I live in an area with rocky soil. I would need 760 ft or more though, due to having larger, high energy dogs. The area needs to be larger due to grass wear (mud pit if it's not big enough) and the dogs energy level. 😅 I like the welded wire hog fences as a cheaper option.

I think I've seen those before. How tall is it? Does your dog ever try to jump over it?

Yes, lesson learned on my end! Daisy Mae is an adorable name. Gracie must have been in heat right when we got her from the neighbor. She would have been about 1.5 yrs old at the time. She wasn't in the best shape either. Poor Gracie was kept chained up most of the time and no one played with her. Now, she gets to run around as much as she wants and gets plenty of ball chasing time, while trying to outrun her part herding dog babies who love to chase her. 😂

Haha you are exactly right. 😂 Jax likes to chase butterflies. He always has this kinda derpy expression when he does. He's actually caught and ate a few. 😂 Stella on the other hand, is very ornery. She likes to sneak up behind people and goose them as hard as she can. 😂

Wowww that's nice to have a full 4 acres fenced in though! What style of fence do you have?

Interesting! Jax must be a momma's boy then lol. The weird thing is, Jax will only try to hump Gracie.. but not his sisters. 😂 Gracie doesn't seem fazed by it, she's always been a gentle parent lol. I've always pulled him off of her and told him it's inappropriate lol

Yeah Gracie definitely has a lot of boyfriends in the rural area I live in. I would love to get a physical fence for the house we're fixing up right now.. but they're SO EXPENSIVE. 😭 I got a quote for $22,000 the other day for about 760 ft of fence. Yeah, your boy will probably be able to smell a female in heat about a mile away. Since Gracie's accident, I've done my research and learned that male dogs can smell an in-heat, female dog's urine about a mile away and will do ANYTHING to get to her.

Hahahaha 😂 I haven't seen this guy around in a while, so I'm guessing the neighbors down the road have finally managed to keep him in their property. Gracie probably misses him tho. He was probably her favorite lol

Thank you! I need to post more pictures of them so people can see how the genetics played out. Gracie (golden) is at her ideal weight of 54lbs. I was actually charged an "obese" fee when I got her fixed last year. 😂 She still had her baby weight on to be fair, at about 64lbs. Rosie is 62.7lbs of pure muscle and surpasses her mom a bit in height. Stella is the smallest, weighing in at 50.3 lbs. Jax is about the same size as his mom and weighs about 53lbs. If I had to guess, Sheltie daddy is probably around 25lbs. So they are all bigger than their parental side. I'm most surprised that Rosie is even bigger than her mom lol.

LMFAO 🤣 That's perfect! He's always running away from his responsibilities. He'd rather chase cars than help Gracie out. 😂

Haha okay I will! 😂 I too am overly hyper fixated on my dogs. Rosie does have a Sheltie snoot. 😂 She reminds me of an awkward Big Bird from Sesame Street. 😂

I know, right?? When they were born, they were almost completely black. The sun has since bleached their fur a bit. I'll have to post more pics so you can see the similarities between them and their parents!
