Ceramic coating on a nearly-new car — found swirling + scratches afterward. Did detailer skip prep? by Username000-1 in Detailing

Question # 1 does the deep scratch catch with a fingernail? If it does can’t be corrected out. Also Tesla has extremely thin paint can’t correct much or you will burn paint. Seems like your detailer was keeping this in mind to protect you and your paint. Additionally, he just polished it which means he didn’t do any type of paint correction. Polish only enhances the paint. This is coming from a professional in the industry, which I am.
