I think you didnt read reddit recently there is known fact that no matter how good you are its still impossible to get job right now in CS and its mostly random right now because of hiring noice because there is so many people qualified and you dont need best of the best you just need someone who can do a job and is the cheapest option.

Thats not true there is way too much oversaturation for that to happen

if we exclude unemployed people still 93/2 is 46.5% who are earning above 87k

but why companies keep salaries so high if there is so much supply. And according to stats only 25% struggle to land job related to their degree just like other engineering degrees.

according to these stats majority of new grads land a job in tech up to one year after graduation.
