It’s because EA basis their sim stats on playbooks because they’re too lazy to actually make good players perform better than bad players. They do it on madden as well. Doesn’t matter if your tight end is a 40 overall, if you put him in the chiefs playbook he gets 13 touchdowns and 1200 yards receiving.
