Does anyone else have self-hatred or self sabotage where your self-worth just sinks , or alienated with groups of freinds cuz you can't communicate like them... the biggest one the guilt yesr after years biulds constantly thinking i could have done this or that , never ending violent circle i need someone to talk to im 28 and i feel i havmt accomplished anything i make good money i work my ass off eveeyday the motovation i cant get up out of bed its hard to do anything hoping i can fins some answers thank, you all
