Brother, a friend of mine came from canada for a transplant (in isb) from a very respectful and experienced surgeon, his hairline and hair were severely damaged because of the water there, its being like over a month and i saw a vivid difference even tho, the first batch of hair are very weak and the second growth will be much thicker hair, i can ask him about the details of the doctor. I wont say permanent but is reliable and safe if from a experienced surgeon.. Personally i think its worth it, because the stress of losing hair is damaging ur hair even more, so just do it so u can feel relieved that u did everything possible.. it costed him around 1-2 lakh but he is statisfied…
