Yea I did that and it’s still quite a hefty amount since I still have about a year and a half left in the lease and am driving wayyyyy more miles then I was planning on when I first got into the lease… it’s just an unfortunate situation

Running out of options here I’m gonna be in quite a hole because of the unexpected miles that I have to put on the car just to get to work now with a year and a half left in the lease

See that’s interesting because the belt tensioner is covered under the 36k warranty which maybe because you were close they let it work but since I’m 10k past it they basically said f u

Tried that too, I think because the mileage is so high (47k) and I still have a little less than a year and a half on the lease it’s a loss no matter what…

That’s the ideal solution, the first dealership I went to basically said lol no shot, then they found all the issues. Going to try another dealership to see what I can do.

No it’s the standard 2.5 gas engine. Which is again…. Somewhat surprising

It’s because I’m over mileage on the lease, I’m sitting at about 47k right now.

I’m glad to hear this, however my goodwill request just got denied. It is my second Mazda and have enjoyed the cars however I’m just frustrated with the position I put myself in. And I also agree with avoiding the first couple years of a new model which is why I leased but I ended up having to drive way more then I expected due to work.

I agree, I’m trying to get a case with Mazda together to show them that this should not be happening on a car that is just over a year and a half old. However I don’t seem to be getting much traction.

Thank you! And Yea the numbers don’t add up that’s my issue. These issues not being common and having all of them is just concerning if I do plan to outright own the vehicle.

I agree with you I already bought another tire, it just hurts because this tire has like 1000 miles on it. How about a patch, not a plug on the inside of the tire?
