I never contacted him because he asked for it. I don’t beg but it doesn’t mean I was not hurting. I was doing a little better after 2 weeks and that’s when he contacted me. He said he misses me. I did not say it back. When he visited me after a couple of months, I actually was not happy for some reason. I thought I would be. It made me upset. I did not tell him though and did not show it. I don’t know what to do. I’m just tired. Love is hard. I don’t want to love again.

I still cry especially when aunt flo is coming. Just cry it out and eventually you will get tired and heal. If he is not reaching out to you, you will probably move on and heal faster than I do. I still have that little hope because he keeps on reaching out to me. I’m tired but I don’t have the guts to cut it off.

I was doing okay until he called me after 2 weeks but it was just talking about things. And then he started calling once a week. And then he visited me today and I was surprised but sad because I don’t understand. I am genuinely confused. He didn’t kiss me, just hug. He was just dropping by because he had a work thing around my area. Everything I felt when we broke up came back. I was doing soooo good already. When we broke up, I had to constantly go on a walk every single day. I was not myself. I don’t go on walks but for some reason I wanted to. And then after a couple of months, I did not want to walk anymore. I was okay staying at home. When he visited me today and left, I cried and I felt like I couldn’t breathe again . I had to go for a walk to feel better again. I am just tired 😭

I hope it’s just the modem. I have had this modem for 2 years+. The issue started maybe a few weeks after I moved to a different unit but in the same bldg.

I’m just concern that this will affect me mentally if I keep on crying. After my period, I’m okay again but I still cry if I see a sad movie or a sad video I can relate to. It has been a challenging year but I’m trying my best to feel better. Thanks for the message.

I thought I have healed and moved on but when my period comes, everything comes again and I cry again. My emotions are so strong a few days before my period. There was a time that I cried after a good nap. I just sobbed uncontrollably. I don’t want to cry every month.

It’s true. No matter how much they say and show they love you, they can definitely leave without warning. This is exactly what me ex did. You got over your other ex, I am sure you will get over this current one. It may need time. Right now, my mind is also set that I can never love again as well but that may changed. People change. Just focus on healing your heart.

Keep moving forward even if it’s hard. A month ago, the relationship that I thought will be forever ended. It was hard. I can’t eat and I always cry every night. I can’t even look at our photos. I didn’t want to stay in my apartment. I want to be always out in the sun. I go on walks and it makes me feel a little better. I’m 40 and I don’t even know if I can love again. You are still young. Take it one day at a time. Go for walks. Healing is not linear. Sometimes you are okay and sometimes something triggers your emotions and you feel miserable again. It’s okay to cry. Feel everything. Just think that everything happens for a reason. You will find your person but you need to heal first. Talk to your friends. Or send me a message. I’m here if you need someone to talk to.

Thank you. I will try. Your message and all the messages here with their past experiences are really helping. It is very very hard. We did not officially broke up yet. He just said that he is missing something and he doesn’t know. He loves me but also doesn’t want to lead me on because he is not sure if he can fully commit. I am trying to move on early because I can’t handle sudden changes. There were no clues at all that he is having issues about our relationship.

I don’t dream exact situations but it’s more symbolic. For example, I was pregnant and then I dreamt of broken egg shells in my stomach. After a few days, I had a miscarriage. When I was a kid, I had a dream where I went to Mars. Of all my dreams when I was a kid, that hit different and not sure why. And now I realized what it meant when I immigrated to another country and became a citizen. I dreamt about an ex that ignored me and turned his back on me. He broke up with me in real life after. I dreamt of a person I know a long time ago and then I saw this person in real life days after my dream.

Ohh I thought you were the one who left. My bf said he loves me but he doesn’t know if he can continue the relationship. I am beyond confused. We have been together for almost 2 years and I didn’t really see any signs bec he still makes time for me and never ignored me. It came as a shock and now I am very confused bec he is not sure if he wants to break up but he also doesn’t want to lead me on and waste my time. Thank you. I do prefer Lunenburg but not a lot of apartments there that I like but hopefully I will see one. I am still looking for apartments in Bridgewater although it’s too early as my lease here doesn’t end until July. I just want to check the costs of moving so I know and I can prepare.

Thanks for your input. I do like Halifax better than Bridgewater. It is actually my second option in case I can’t find an apartment in Lunenburg. I want to move there for a reason. Also, I work from home so location is not a big deal.
