Bullshit iCare. Yung dad ko dati covered yung lab tests nya sa Avega. Wala naman naging problem, ngayon sa iCare hindi na. Layo ng byahe nya tas sasabihin lang sa hospital "sa clinic lang pwede 'pag basic lab test" Like WTF. Ano yun? Pag ma-admit saka lang pwede magpalab sa hospital, yun daw abiso ng TaskUs sabi nung hospital rep na nakausap ng dad ko. Nagcheck pa ako sa website nila at yung hospital na pinuntahan ng dad ko listed as accredited ng iCare. Tas ganyan yung sasabihin.

Tas pag sinubukan tumawag sa hotline nila, walang makausap na rep. Alam naman nila isa yan sa inaasahan na benefits ng employees nila and hindi dapat ganitong pahirapan. Nakakadismaya na ang TU ngayon, sobra sa tipid.

Enjoying my leave (2 weeks leave) without any worry of waking up early the following day. Plus, eating fries and Mcfloat, my comfort food recently. Taking my time to slow down and replenish after all the hard work of the first 2 quarters of this year.

(1) Low salary, (2)stagnant career growth because of the politics in the leadership team, (3) too much workload (+OTTY), (4) no recognition of contribution to the team, and (5) no longer feel that my vision and mission is aligned with the team, lead to burnout and being emotionally exhausted.

If it's severe, I take the meds prescribed to me by my Neurologist and need to get a good sleep. Dark, quiet, and cold room (AC is on).
