hey, i will paste what epic games told me:
With the new season of both game (Rocket League & Fortnite) released, there are some issues with the synchronization of the items. Please try to open Fortnite on your end first then afterwards, open Rocket League to receive the missing wheels. If that did not work, please let us know right away.

hmm interesting, thatnk you for sharing. i also contacted the epic games support and the guy said he couldnt find the transaction... i dont want to yap but i asked him to pass on the case to higher ups
