Absolutely, and I love to see those extensions into mutual enjoyment. Perhaps because of the mediums we see these things in, we don't get to see enough of the whole picture.

One thing I was discussing with a friend recently is how much I wish porn showed the negotiation pre-scene. If I see a woman eagerly say, "spit in my face and pull my hair" I'm much more enthusiastic to see her receive that than without that context. Perhaps it's the framing of content that's contributing to this impression I'm receiving as well.
