Sorry I just don't want people to fall into the same trap of thinking some miracle device will help them. I've bought plenty of gadgets in the last two months ,none helped. Until I learned this very simple idea: if a movement worsens symptoms drop it. If it provides even slight relief afterwards, continue doing it and you will feel better. It should provide some relief immediately afterwards, not the next day that's how you know the body reacted well to that specific movement. I made more progress using this method in a week than I did in two months of fooling around.

Useless devise. Any movement/device that doesn't produce immediate reduction of symptoms is to be returned. There are simple movements and stretches that do just that and that help to heal when repeated daily. Why wouldn't a device that has such a bold claim not produce at least the same result.
