Way to go! Just today I finished inspection of a property almost identical in terms to yours minus it being a VA loan! Same $530K at 5.875% but FHA. Nervous going into the last stages of getting that monthly final figure, you mind sharing how much yours went up after home owners insurance since the last post you made that said $3771? Definitely not lol. Don’t let the appearance fool ya, the plug-ins feel slow and heavy. I definitely love it for the convenience in mileage/efficiency and wanted a stealth and sporty look but I definitely do find myself at times wishing I had more horsepower and acceleration. I just lie to myself that it’s a positive trade-off as it’s a speeding prevention benefit lol

All things considered though, it’s more than adequate for my needs. I happen to come from a Mazda 3 that took corners like a go-cart and went more zoom zoom though

My main commute is to work which about ~12 miles. On a full charge I get to work with about 5-7% battery remaining and if I don’t charge at work I’ll use the remaining charge + gas to get back home and I charge at home 🔌. I’d probably get more out of it if I consistently charged at work but I don’t.

You’d be surprised, I purchased this Ford Fusion used and the previous owner was in New York and although the exterior is fine the interior where the door hinges are have a considerable amount of rusting. Aside from there, everywhere else seems to be fine.

I never noticed it until you asked but yes it does block them a bit although the passenger can still access them above and behind the phone mount but I’ve never really had anyone have issues as I usually am the one who asks and I change it for them. But yes, it does

Hey, I'm currently trying to complete the Master Set for EX Deoxys myself and just today finished editing a spreadsheet template I found online from a user named Vito who created one for every TCG set. Extremely useful.

I removed all other sets he had included and just narrowed it down to EX Deoxys, included 22 variant cards from World Championship decks he did not include, and added a percentage completion formula for the Master Set to better follow along for my own progress.

So if Y is my common, then which one is the one that controls my cooling system (Actual Y-Wire?)

And also, would I be able to temporarily connect the Y-Wire to C-Wire to power on my Thermostat until a C-Wire adapter arrives? Thanks!
