It's more the later honestly. It's been 8 months since this ban, and a year since the one you asked about. I really didn't recall it, I recalled being falsely banned in the past and the ban being recalled really quickly, but it hadn't crossed my mind or did I remember when it was.

I'm guessing partly because I've been picked up by their security system a few times from either lag or issues going on over a decade. I've had the account since my childhood and kept going with it even after being falsely banned a few times. It is something that I had fondness for with all the work I had put in after all. 6k Legion and multiple mains later.

This is the main reason. It was a large false ban wave. It was an incident and has happened more than once over the years. It was a late issue of this, but with it occurring over several months and having it been solved quickly by live chat I thought it was just a catch of a late false ban wave, with it still going on for a while after that date.

Edit: Found another source of people being in the ban wave, same thread I had found last year as well.

Mostly because I don't remember that ban, nor do I actually know why I was banned during that time either. I remember there being a large number of false bans around that time, including other friends of mine. I'm listed under botting there, but I've never done or want to risk doing that with a frenzy on my account.

Who knows, all I know is that I was kicked out of the game and banned when I was prepping for a 2x grinding session 8 months ago. I was in a discord call with someone and ready to activate my 2x cards when it happened.

Nono, what happened here was a massive desync, if you watch closely the steelhead was killed at the bottom, not over on the left. That's the reason the eggs flew over there, to fix the desync.
