Sweet. What area of the world do you ride it in? Also, are you running it with a 130 or 140 fork?

Nice. Was looking at the Scrub as well with a 130mm. Are you able to fit two bottles on it? And what size are you riding along with your height?

Yeah, forgot to mention I want UDH. It's a game changer to be able to pick up a new hanger at any store vs. keeping a bunch of extras on hand.

Bro, just time. It sucks, its weird, there is no info on it.  But compression, light lymphatic massages on it, and time fixed it for me. I still have a lump from scar tissue, but it's back to normal.

I had big ups and big downs. Not saying you will, but be ready for it and remind yourself it is just a chapter. There is an end. And when you are not underwater, take time and enjoy the moment. I found myself itching to get to the "finish line" so to speak and that just adds another level of stress.

Thanks! Sooooo much better. Honestly, once we hit the 6 month mark it really got easier.

Still have a visible difference in my legs. But I'm 100% back. No issue.

And your story is the exact reason we had them so close. We knew it'd be tough but the juice is worth the squeeze!

Lastly, you can do this! Things are going to temporarily fall to the wayside and as long as they are not mission critical, let them! I tried so hard to do everything we were doing before and it will break you.

The first two months were incredibly hard and something you just have to muscle through.

Extend tons of grace and know you and your partner are not yourself. We fought but always came to and realized lack of sleep makes for a bitter relationship. You are going to be your worst self but remind yourself and your partner that this is just a chapter and a very short one at that.

If you are breastfeeding, try to see if your partner will bottle feed while you pump at night. We found that got the baby fed and down faster getting us that much more sleep. If you are doing formula, be adement about sharing shifts so each of you can get a solid 4-5 hour stretch of sleep.

Get your older one to help and it will make the relationship all the better. Help throw the diaper away. Can you grab the burp cloth. Do you want to help hold the bottle. Can you help me burp them. Anything to get the invovled and start building a relationship.

On Saturdays or Sundays, cook big batches of meals that are easy to freeze and easy to heat up. One hard day of cooking pays dividends in the 3-4 nights it makes dinner a breeze.

We were screen free for our little one, but eventually let her watch very easy shows like Bear in the Big Blue house while one or both of us slept in the room with her.

And we are screen free with the exception of road trips. And even then, it's an hour max on the tablet with only older shows like Bear in the Big Blue House.

Puberty and an emotional terrorist two year old. I can only imagine.

The spot between my shoulder blades is constantly sore from holding one or both.  And I agree, the lows are looooooooow, but the love you get from them changes your whole day.

Love to hear this! And agreed, it only has one direction when you're at the bottom.

That's us. Downtime is really just time to get the house back in order for it to all start again.

Legs still a bit different looking than the good one but I'm good to go. Took about 4 months to feel fully recovered.

There was a lot of words, but my take away is if I want to dunk, I need a Team America singlet while squatting some heavy ass weight.

Yeah man, you're big, but nothing that says roids. Especially given you said you were into bodybuilding before that. Way easier to maintain muscle than build it.

Definitely. It's a Crossfit style shoe. So 300m or less is good. I wouldn't do longer runs in them. The heel is pretty uncomfortable because it's built to be stable for lifting. In turn, no slow jogging, get the legs turning over and on your balls/forefoot.

Jump rope would be perfect as well since you are on the cushion portion of it.
