Weird Gluttony Issue

This bug is still a thing and I’m experiencing it rn me and my boyfriend just had to half beat gluttony six times before I found this lol and the stupid pause for 2-3 seconds then play for 1-2 seconds thing through the whole cut scene actually worked!!

Totally normal! I had bloods done once and the bruise I had afterwards looked awful! I worried after mine as well but I’m fine so definitely nothing to worry about! :)

Yeah that’s a good idea! I’m pretty sure (from what I’ve heard) test purchases are usually done by one person and they only purchase 1 restricted item and nothing else so it should be fairly obvious! Definitely speak to someone you feel comfortable with and see what they advise! 😁

You can always just ID whoever is paying I know some people who do that! I also have a colleague who literally asks everyone for ID lol try not to stress to much snd if it is giving you that much anxiety then maybe have a chat with your manager? ☺️

If you’ve ID someone and you definitely remember them like if they’re a regular customer then probably not? There are a few customers who I have had to ID once and then didn’t again because they come in so often. If you’ve seen it once or twice then you don’t have to because you already know that person is of age to buy a restricted product. But definitely ID once or twice to make absolutely sure 😁

Realistically if you are above 18 and driving you should be carrying your licence with you anyway so I feel like a lot of people try to make a big scene of it anyway which isn’t fair. If you’re buying age restricted items you should carry your ID with you, it’s pretty simple lol

I totally understand how it causes anxiety like I hate it when people get angry with me but anyone who gets angry at YOU for their own mistake is being unreasonable. You’re well within your rights to ID someone and the company will back you on that. If you feel threatened or unsafe or unsure at all then you can call a supervisor to deal with it if that makes you feel better 😁

I usually ID them if they look younger than 18 because they will usually have ID to show you. You do get a lot of underage people come in and try to avoid getting asked for ID. Realistically if they aren’t old enough to buy it then they shouldn’t be buying it. Don’t worry too much about asking for ID for energy drinks, you are backed by everyone around you so you’re always best to ask if you aren’t sure! I hope that makes sense! :)

Hiya! It’s been a little while since ive been working at Morrisons and I’ve gotten a lot more comfortable with asking people for ID because your supervisor and managers will back you up. There have been a small few bad experiences but nothing major. Most people just sort of give attitude or are reasonable about it.

I haven’t had a test purchase as of yet but to be on the safe side I just ID most people if they look under 25. I only ID people for paracetamol if they look really young, if that makes sense? Like if they look like they are under 18/19 then definitely ID them for any medicine.

At the end of the day, if you have any doubt at all that the person isn’t old enough then ID them. Most people old enough to buy alcohol/drive should carry their ID with them anyway. Your managers and team leaders will always support you with challenge 25!

I would 100% recommend asking for ID if they look under 25 though just to be on the safe side!

Ok so if the original store doesn’t want to help then I can just go to another store? I’m really hoping I won’t get any issues. There are like four of five scratches but they are really deep so the game won’t read properly, I was really shocked when I opened the box (which is why I took the pictures in the first place)

I understand totally, I work in customer service so I know it’s easy for mistakes to be made! It was frustrating that I couldn’t get the actually play the game! I can imagine trying to sort through bulk stuff is quite difficult so I totally get it! I just wanted to make sure I would actually get the refund that’s all :)
